This page includes links to the sites of some of the larger membership Campground Clubs for RVers around the country.

These clubs have an annual cost for membership, but they provide either free or discounted camping fees at their affiliated campgrounds.

I am a member of several of these, including Thousand Trails and I use their campgrounds extensively for a good part of each year.

Many RVers, both Full-Timers and Most-Timers, as well as the occasional camper, end up with multiple memberships like these to assure they have access to the campgrounds they need to use while traveling  and at lowered rates.

CampUSA: CampUSA is a membership discount campground club. They provide discounts on their affiliated campgrounds generally for a day or two, but some have discounts that are for longer periods.

Coast to Coast Resorts: This club provides members with access and discounts on the rates of a number of private RV Resort campgrounds.

Enjoy America: This club is especially handy for use on those long multiple day trips. They have negotiated 50% off of the participating campground’s normal rates.

The hook is that many of these 50% off prices are usually only good for a one or two day stay, and are often only good for certain days of the week.

So read the fine print when planning your trip and stops. Also, RPI members get a membership in EnjoyAmerica. I have found that even though there are limitations listed, if you call and talk one-on-one with the management, they will often give you the lowered rate for a longer period of time. You should always try.

Resort Parks International: This club utilizes it’s negotiated affiliation with other RV Resort campgrounds and provides discounted rates at their sites for a day, a week, 2 weeks, 3 weeks, and so on.

It is a good membership to have to expand your access to private campgrounds at a lower than th standard rate, and the annual membership dues are reasonable.

SouthwestCampgrounds: A good source of information and discounts on Campgrounds in the Southwest, including; California, Arizona, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma and Nevada.

Texas Campgrounds: The official site of campground owners of Texas. Includes good campground information, as well as discounts.

Thousand Trails: Thousand Trails is a well established RV Resort membership company, now owned by Encore (Equity Lifestyle Properties).

It is a complex relationship between the different companies, and the rates for membership and for camping can be confusing to say the least. I love it, and use it as my major camping planner, but do your homework, to get the most for your money.

My recommendation is; before joining TT, be sure to do your homework on the web and with other campers and RVers that are members. TT is owned by Encore as I have said and the rules for members tend to change every year to one degree or another.

Once you understand their system and the benefits, hen make your decision on whether they are right for you and your lifestyle.

Trailer Life Directory: This company provides a good directory of affiliated campgrounds, as well as a PC disk that you can use to review the membership campgrounds and their facilities, and plan your trip and campground stops on their well-mapped trip planning software. They are affiliated with (or owned by?) GoodSam.

Woodalls: They provide a 10% discount for members at affiliated Campgrounds, nationwide, for at least one night. Also they provide ratings of their listed campgrounds,

Blogs, newsletters and other services. Similar to Trailer Life Directory, they do list some different campgrounds than TLD, but many are the same.

Others: There are other membership clubs, that I have not listed here, mostly because I am not familiar with them. As I gather more data, I will include more companies.
